Note: You need to have an existing CSR Account to be able to register for a new CSR Connect User ID. To apply for a CSR Account, download and fill out the New Customer Application Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you already have a CSR Account, simply follow the steps below to register a new CSR Connect User ID:
1. On the top right section of CSR Connect homepage, click on Login then Register.
2. Review the registration instructions then click on Continue.
3. Fill out the required fields on each of the 3 simple steps and click Next to go to the next page.
4. Once done, click on Complete sign up (page 3) to submit your registration details.
Note: If the registration was successful, you will see a confirmation message as shown below on your screen and receive an email confirming your registration.
If you do not see this confirmation message after clicking on Complete sign up, please check the form again to ensure that all required fields were filled out completely and correctly and click Complete sign up again.
