I'm unable to log in and the message says 'Temporarily inactive profile' - what does this mean?

If you see the message 'Temporarily inactive profile' when trying to log in, this means that due to many failed login attempts, you have been temporarily locked out of your account for security purposes. However, you can try logging in again after 20 minutes. If you are still unable to remember your password, you can utilise password reset tool available at:

Should you need to access your Connect account immediately, please contact our friendly support team to bypass the lockout. You can reach us through the following channels:

1. From within CSR Connect using LiveChat
2. Via email at help@csr.com.au
3. Via phone 1800 909 439 (Aus) or 0800 277 266 (NZ)

Note: After 5 lots of 20 minute lockouts, you would no longer be able to access the system.
