Draft orders are saved orders that have not been submitted yet. This means you can still edit your draft order and submit it for processing at a later time. Draft orders can be viewed, edited, submitted or deleted at any time by going to the Orders tab and selecting Draft orders.

Orders are orders that have been submitted for processing. Unlike draft orders, amendment or cancellation of orders that have already been submitted can only be made via Customer Service. This is to prevent conflicts on product and transport availability.
