Where can I download my PODs?

Proof of Delivery (for deliveries) and Receipt of Goods (for pickups) are now available in CSR Connect. PODs are available where drivers have captured photos of the delivered goods and/or captured the signature of a person on the mobile device.

Follow the steps below to download your POD:

1. Select the account that you wish to download the POD for.

  • For single account, proceed to Step 2.
  • For multiple accounts, click on the green account selector button on the top right section of the Dashboard and select the account you wish to download the POD for.

2. Click on the Orders tab then select Deliveries

By default, all delivery and pickup information within the last seven days will be shown in a list.

3. A filter exists allowing you to:

  • Expand the date by clicking on the date boxes

  • Filter by delivery/pickup status. In this case, select Complete/Picked up.

4. To narrow down your search, press Ctrl+F then type in the Delivery or Reference No. Click on the completed Delivery/Pickup to display the delivery/pickup details. 

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Proof of Delivery (for deliveries) or Receipt of Goods (for pickups) to download the PDF document.

Where a POD is not available, you will see a button on the same page allowing you to Request for POD online. This request will be sent to the appropriate site/person responsible for supplying the POD.
