How do I update an account contact's details?

Follow the simple steps below to update an account contact's details:

1. On the menu bar click on Admin then Manage accounts

 

 2. Select the account you wish to update contact details for:

  • For single account, click on the underlined account name to view the account details

  • For multiple accounts, type the account name or the account number in the search bar then click on the account name to view the account details

3. Under Account, click Contacts.

4. Select the contact you wish to update from the contacts list by clicking their name.

5. In the middle section of the Contact details page, click Edit then make required changes.

6. Once finished, click Save changes. Note: If one or more fields are blank, the Save changes button will be greyed out.
